Lower Cape Fear Hospice & LifeCareCenter Fund Development department is seeking an individual to provide primary management and support for the fundraising management system (currently Blackbaud CRM), the donor database, the integration of online giving data (currently Blackbaud Spark). Must be exceptionally organized and above average attention to detail. Produce accurate financial and analytical reports for the Development Office; prepare and generate reports to the Board of Trustees and other ad-hoc reports as needed. Create queries to produce lists for direct mail and compiles data for analysis, responsible for consistency and uniformity of information throughout the database. Liaison with Accounting Department to ensure accuracy of financial data through monthly reconciliation reports and other financial reports; responsible for system maintenance and upgrades for The Raiser's Edge database. Requirements include strong working knowledge and experience with all MS Office applications; basic knowledge of fundraising principles; expert with MS Access and/or SQL; three years experience in related field; experience with SSRS, Crystal Reports, or other Blackbaud products a plus. Associate's degree required (Bachelor's preferred).
